Entering the village on the pilgrim route (av) you will find yourself in the High Street (av-bii) which stretches all the way to Common Place (bii). It continues as Bridewell Street (bi). Turning right at Common Place you follow Holt Road (ci-dii) that takes you to the door of the Anglican Shrine (di).

In the High Street (bii) you can find the entrance to the ancient ruins that are the site of so much history. There is a long walk around the grounds, but do check for opening hours before setting out.
